Jan 17,  · Kid Acne, one of the first signings to feature on the Lexoleum compilation back in , finally releases his full length album on Lex. It's a short sharp shock from a chatty bastard / genius, messed up on spray-paint fumes: 11 tracks of Hip Hop, injected with Punk, Oi! and a touch of old school rave, all produced by Ross Orton from Fat.

Can't Beat The Kid Lyrics: Can't beat the kid, he's too much fire / Can't beat the kid, he's a little destroyer / Makes him no difference cause you done what you know you did / Can't beat the kid.

Oct 05,  · Any similarities between "Isn't It A Pity" and "Hey Jude" are intentional, and likely a deliberate move on Harrison's part. Paul rejecting George's idea for the guitar part on "Hey Jude" clearly rankled Hari for years afterward, and I don't doubt that George threw in the "na-na-na-na pity" part in the coda as a pisstake on McCartney's song.

‎North England rhymesayer and graffiti artist Kid Acne makes sparse, '80s-flavored hip-hop beats the perfect backdrops for satirical lyrics and clever Brit humor. Nobody really took notice of the Sheffield-based rapper until the release of his second album, Council Pop (), which enjoyed critical. Available with an Apple Music subscription.

And there was Massive Attack, who slowed hip-hop beats down and added acid-jazz textures, resulting in trip-hop. By the end of the '90s, a generation of rap fans had assumed control of the scene, resulting in excellent work from the Herbaliser, Roots Manuva, New Flesh, and many others.
