This is the tenth variation of Bach’s Chorale-Partita "Sei gegrüsset, Jesu gütig", BWV (the most known-authentic of four we have), by far the most complex and cryptic variation of the 11, setting the tune in whole-measure notes, and for the last two lines in two voices (symbolism unclear).

In Sei gegrüßet, Jesu gütig BWV may be seen the culmination of all that has come before, together with, as the sequence progresses, new and richer elements which clearly point to a process of composition and revision of the whole work over a considerable period, probably from a little later than the earliest partitas until well into the Weimar years.
